Before anything, all coaches, referee's must complete a current Volunteer Application.

We now have a new registration system so all volunteers must create a new login!!

To create your new account click  "Register now" on the upper right hand side of this website.

1. After you have created an  account click on  "MY ACCOUNT"

2. Click on the  tab  called 'Volunteer' or "Volunteer Opportunity" 

3. You will then be presented a set of options either under a division your player is under (coach referee OR  'Volunteer - not registering a child" .

   1. Select the role you want under the chosen division

   2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue...

   3. Select yourself (your name should be in Red in a box)

   4. Complete the info and waiver approval ad click Continue...

4. eSign on the next page and print it out for your own records.

5. Don't forget to Electronically SIGN THE FORM

6. Simply Click:  “Print Form.”  and bring with you to Walk In Registration                 
   

 A new application must be completed each year. Volunteers will not be allowed to coach without completing this form!  The form is needed to complete a background check of our volunteers required by AYSO.  If you have questions about this form, contact our CVPA.
